We wanted to share this great news story of how a cute, two-year old border collie named Ellie is helping to solve a messy and expensive problem at the Robert S. Kerr Lock and Dam in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Apparently, you don’t need to spend thousands of dollars on bird deterrants like bird spikes. All you gotta do is get yourself an energetic, but gentle border collie!
