This is fascinating short video to watch which features an ultra realistic looking Border Collie that’s actually computer animated.  Upon first view, most people probably wouldn’t even know it was computer animated!  Pretty cool to see how far computer animation has come!

Stephanie Grant from Aberdeen, UK would like to introduce you to Belle!  Belle is a 3 month old border collie puppy who loves her ball and is just starting agility training!

How old is Belle?
She’ll be 3 this month (October)

How did Belle become part of your family?
We adopted Belle when she was living with a family with 2 small children and they weren’t getting on! She has been with us over a year now and has had lots of problems to overcome.

Does Belle have any special talents or tricks?
Belle LOVES her ball. She loves agility training and took part in her first competition recently. She knows lots of tricks and her favourite is ‘Beg.’

She’s very excitable and makes everything more fun!

Do you have any interesting or funny stories to share about your border collie?
During her first agility competition she jumped (a 4 foot fence) out of the ring to go see her Mum who was watching…oops.

Have you ever wanted to build your own agility course?  We’ll here’s a great video to get you started!   Building a course is not only a great way to start training your Border Collie to compete in the next Crufts Dog Show, but is also a great way to give your beloved BC more exercise and to help with his/her overall mental well-being.  So, check out this great video which shows you how to build some of the basic training equipment, such as teeter totters, jump bars and weave poles to get you started.   You’ll also get some useful tips from Chicago dog trainer, Marc Goldberg, who shares some useful tricks on how to train your pup!  Just to note, this video is approximately 30 minutes long, so make sure to have some time to watch this very helpful video!
