Check out this informative and interesting video featuring Tim Farmer and his good friend, Scott, who is an experienced dog trainer, as they discuss how best to get started with training young border colleis to become bonafide sheep dogs!

Scott has been working with Tim’s young border collie, Murphy, over the past few weeks and shows how much he’s learned and progressed over that time.  In this video, you get to learn some basic theory and positive reinforcement techniques to teach your own border collie some basic herding commands… assuming of course, you have access to some acreage and a flock of sheep! 😉

If you’re more of an ‘urbanite’ who just wants to spend a day experiencing the herding life for your beloved BC, check out this fun video featuring city dogs learning to herd sheep for a day!
